Blend of 50% Tocai Friulano, 50% Arneis. This wine is fermented and aged in French concrete egg.
Tocai Friulano and Arneis were pressed off skins and cold settled before going into the concrete egg. Once in egg, it was allowed to start fermenting naturally. After completing fermentation it was racked again and put back to age in the egg for 7 months. Not fined.
