Templeton Gap District – Paso Robles 58% Sangiovese | 42% Cabernet Sauvignon | 11.9% ABV
Our newest vintage of Estate Riserva continues the tradition of blending Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grown exclusively on our dry-farmed, head-trained estate vineyard. The 2021 vintage stands out for its remarkable balance, naturally low alcohol, and transparency of site.
Bright red cherry, dried herbs, and orange peel lead on the nose, while the palate reveals layers of pomegranate, dusty plum, and subtle earth. Sangiovese brings energy and lifted acidity; Cabernet adds depth and structure. Aged 24 months in neutral French oak, this wine is light on its feet but deeply complex.
Minimal intervention. Unfined and unfiltered. Grown, vinified, and bottled on site.
